Quality is a discipline, not an afterthought

I'm an Associate Quality Engineer at Zain Cash, where I help ensure the reliability and performance of FinTech products through rigorous, end-to-end testing. I work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, seamless financial services.

My work spans manual and automation testing across mobile and web, API testing with Postman, and defect management across the full SDLC using Jira. I design comprehensive test cases, test plans, and execution reports, and collaborate with developers and product managers in an Agile/Scrum environment — with a systematic approach and a bias toward catching problems before they reach a user.
